      介绍215/70R17.5 14PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 770 mm,断面宽 217 mm,行驶面宽度 175 mm,行驶面弧度高 9.9 mm,胎圈着合直径 442.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 170 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.1,胎面采用自锁型Z-Z刀槽花纹,变节距设计,花纹深度 13.5 mm,花纹饱和度 80%,花纹周节数 61。施工设计:胎面采用热、冷喂料双复合挤出,采用4层带束层结构,1#带束层采用3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型、双模B型热板硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合设计及国家标准和企业标准的要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 215/70R17.5 14PR truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?770 mm,cross-sectional width?217 mm,width of running surface 175 mm,arc height of running surface 9.9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?442.5 mm,bead width at rim seat?170 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)?1.1,self locking Z-Z siping tread pattern,variable pattern pitch,pattern depth?13.5 mm,block/total ratio?80%,and number of pattern pitches?61.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:co-extrusion of hot and cold feedings tread,4 layers belts structure,3×0.2+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# belt,3×0.2+6×0.35HT steel cord for 2#和3# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 4# belt,3+9×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass,using three-drum single-stage building machine to build tires,and double-mold B-style hot plate press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and endurance met the requirements of design,national standards and enterprise standards.
