The influence of the mixing process in BB430 mixer on the mixing result was investigated.The results showed that,compared with the traditional mixing process,by using high speed mixing process in which the rotor speed was 50~60 r·min-1 and feeding rubber,additives and carbon black(and oil,if any) at the same time,the physical properties of the compound was same or better,the filler dispersion and processing property were better,and the productivity was improved by 20%~27%. |
