| 研究环保促进剂YGzTM在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表面:以环保促进剂YGzTM代替促进剂DPG用于半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中,胶料的焦烧时间略有缩短,硫化速率小幅加快,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率略有提高,耐老化性能、动态力学性能基本一致,均符合企业标准要求;成品轮胎的耐久性能、抓着性能和滚动阻力相当,均满足国家标准要求;同时可有效节约生产成本。 |

| The application of the environmentally friendly accelerator YGzTM in the tread compound of steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results showed that replacing accelerator DPG with environmentally friendly accelerator YGzTM in the tread compound of steel-belted radial tires,the scorch time of the compound was slightly shortened and the vulcanization rate was slightly accelerated,while tensile strength and elongation at break were slightly improved,and the aging resistance and dynamic mechanical properties remained largely consistent and met the enterprise standard requirements.The durability,grip performance and rolling resistance of the finished tires were comparable,and all met national standard requirements,meanwhile production costs could be reduced effectively. |
