      采用工厂下线检测设备和实验室高速均匀性试验机对轮胎高低速均匀性进行测试,并对测试数据进行相关性分析。结果表明:低速均匀性测试中,工厂检测和实验室检测的轮胎径向/侧向谐波相关性较好,相关系数(R2)大于0.97;侧向力波动/侧向力第1次谐波存在较大差异,与两台设备采用不同的轮辋有关;各规格轮胎高低速均匀性的相关性不稳定,在不同速度下表现不同,R2在0.50~0.97区间波动;根据高速均匀性测试数据可对轮胎波动高点位置进行回寻,为轮胎设计及其性能优化提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Using factory offline testing equipment and laboratory high speed uniformity testing machine,the high and low speed uniformities of tires were tested,and correlation analysis on the test data were conducted.The results showed that in the low speed uniformity test,the radial/lateral harmonic correlation of the tires tested in the factory and laboratory was good,with a correlation coefficient(R2) greater than 0.97.There was a significant difference in lateral force fluctuation/first harmonic of lateral force,which was related to the use of different wheel rims for the two devices.The correlation between the high and low speed uniformities of tires of different specifications was unstable and varied at different speeds,with R2 fluctuating between 0.50 and 0.97.Based on the high speed uniformity test data,the position of the tire fluctuation high point could be traced back,that could provide references for design and performance optimization of tire.
