      以某工程机械子午线轮胎为例,研究了轮胎硫化仿真精度的提升。首先建立轮胎的硫化仿真模型,通过调整材料参数、硫化胶囊厚度、初始温度、边界条件等因素,反复修正模型,使轮胎硫化仿真精度由原来的60%~70%提高到95%以上。
英文摘要:
      Taking the off-the-road radial tire as an example,the improvement of the vulcanization simulation accuracy of radial tire was studied.Firstly,a tire vulcanization simulation model was established.By adjusting material parameters,thickness of vulcanization capsule,initial temperature,boundary conditions and other factors,the model was repeatedly modified to improve a vulcanization simulation accuracy over 95% from the original 60%~70%.
