      基于Abaqus软件,建立12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎有限元分析模型,对带束层采用0.37+6×0.32ST,4+3×0.33ST,3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线的轮胎进行仿真对比,分析带束层部位最大Mises应力和最大应变能密度梯度、接地面积和最大接地压力等指标。结果表明,1#—3#带束层可以根据需求选择使用0.37+6×0.32ST或4+3×0.33ST钢丝帘线。
英文摘要:
      Based on Abaqus software,a finite element analysis model of 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire was established,the simulation comparisons were conducted on tires with 0.37+6×0.32ST,4+3×0.33ST and 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for belt,and the maximum Mises stress and maximum strain energy density gradient at the belt,contact area,maximum contact pressure,etc.were analyzed.The results indicated that 0.37+6×0.32ST or 4+3×0.33ST steel cord could be selected for 1#—3# belt according to demand.
