      介绍8R22.5 14PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层结构的调整设计。在保证轮胎原有性能基本不变的情况下,在施工设计中将4层带束层结构调整为0°带束层结构,轮胎质量减小0.7 kg,可以适当降低成本。成品性能试验结果表明,带束层结构调整后轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合国家标准要求,高速性能符合企业标准要求,滚动阻力略有降低,可以降低燃油消耗,轮胎性能更优异。
英文摘要:
      The belt structure adjustment design of 8R22.5 14PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was introduced.Under the condition that the original performance of the tire was basically unchanged,the four-layer belt structure was adjusted to 0° belt structure in the construction design,which could reduce the tire mass by 0.7 kg to decrease the cost appropriately.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflation peripheral dimension,strength performance and durability of the tire after belt structure adjustment met the requirements of national standards,the high-speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard,the rolling resistance slightly reduced to decrease the fuel consumption,and the tire performance was better.
