以LT245/75R16轻型载重子午线轮胎为研究对象,应用Abaqus有限元分析软件仿真分析带束层覆胶末端不同厚度和不同位置的最大主应变变化趋势。结果表明:带束层覆胶的最大主应变随着与中心带束层骨架距离的增大而减小;不同方案在同一位置的覆胶,最大主应变随着带束层整体覆胶厚度增大而减小;带束层不同覆胶厚度对于最大主应变变化的敏感程度不同。 |

Taking LT245/75R16 light truck and bus radial tire as the research object,Abaqus finite element analysis software was used to simulate the variation trend of maximum principal strain at different rubber thickness and different position of belt end was studied.The results showed that the maximum principal strain decreased with the increase of the distance from the central belt skeleton.The maximum principal strain decreased with the increase of the overall rubber thickness of the belt for rubber of different schemes in the same location.The sensitivity of the maximum principal strain varied with the rubber thickness of the belt. |
