      研究核壳结构氧化锌在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:核壳结构氧化锌具有锌含量低、反应活性高、堆积密度小等优点;在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中以核壳结构氧化锌等量替代间接法氧化锌,胶料的硫化特性和物理性能相当,成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,胶料成本降低,同时可减小轮胎中锌含量。
英文摘要:
      The application of core shell structure zinc oxide in the sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that core shell structure zinc oxide had the advantages of low zinc content,high reaction activity and low bulk density.By using core shell structure zinc oxide equivalently instead of indirect zinc oxide in the sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire,the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of the compound were equivalent,the durability of the finished tire was improved,and the cost of the compound was reduced,meanwhile the zinc content in the tire was reduced.
