      基于CATIA参数化建模及CAA二次开发,介绍一种花纹设计方法。花纹开发主要包括单节距花纹模板制作和整周拼接两部分。单节距花纹模板制作包含2D线框、3D曲面及3D实体3个阶段,利用CATIA知识工程及三维建模技术,实现以规格为主要发布参数的模板封装。利用CAA编程技术,调用单节距花纹模板,快速实现了轮胎整周花纹的拼接,可缩短轮胎开发设计周期、降低开发成本、提高设计自动化水平。
英文摘要:
      Based on CATIA parametric modeling and CAA secondary programming,a pattern design method was introduced.Pattern development included single pitch pattern template design and integrate pitches to whole circle.Single pitch pattern template design included three stages,2D line-frame,3D surface and 3D solid.Using CATIA knowledge engineering and 3D modeling technology,the pattern template was finished and published with specification parameters.Taking advantage of the CAA programming technology,the whole circle pattern splicing was realized quickly with the single pitch pattern template,which could shorten the period of tire development and design,reduce the development cost,and improve the level of design automation.
