| 研究半钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎圈加强方案设计。结果表明:增大胎体帘布反包高度和降低轮胎硫化温度有利于提升胎圈耐久性能;增大胎圈护胶高度和增加胎圈加强层更能提升胎圈耐久性能,可以有效减小胎圈部位应力集中,降低胎圈部位早期损坏的发生几率,延长轮胎的使用寿命。 |

| The design of bead reinforcement schemes for steel-belted radial light truck radial tires was studied.The results indicated that increasing the turn-up height of the carcass and reducing the vulcanization temperature of the tire were helpfull to improve bead durability,and increasing the bead filler height and adding bead reinforcement layers could further enhance the bead durability,effectively reducing stress concentration at the bead area,lowering the likelihood of early damage in the bead region,and extending the service life of the tire. |
