| 介绍405/25R26低扁平比高性能轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 858 mm,断面宽 420 mm,行驶面宽度 358 mm,行驶面弧度高 9.8 mm,胎圈着合直径 660.8 mm,胎圈着合宽度 382 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.98,胎面采用非对称花纹设计。施工设计:采用三复合挤出胎面,带束层采用2层3×0.28ST钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1670dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘布,采用二次法成型机成型、氮气热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速性能和耐久性能达到设计和企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 405/25R26 low-profile high-performance tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 858 mm,cross-section width 420 mm,width of running surface 358 mm,arc height of running surface 9.8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 660.8 mm,bead width at rim seat 382 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0.98,using a sysmmetric tread pattern.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adopting three composite extruded tread design,using 2 layers of 3×0.28ST steel cord for belt,using 2 layers of 1670dtex/2 polyester dipped cord fabric for carcass,using a two-stage building machine to build tires and a nitrogen hot plate vulcanizing machine to cure tires.The results of the finished tire performance test showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the design and enterprise standard requirements. |
