| 针对轮胎胎侧划伤失效情形,提出测定和评价防护型轮胎胎侧耐划伤性能的试验方法。通过试验原理分析、模拟仿真、设计试验专用设备验证等方法,得到结果如下:试验专用设备的切割速度不小于10 mm·s-1,切割深度为4.5 mm,刀刃夹角为30°,这可为防护型轮胎性能验证、状态鉴定提供参考。 |

| In response to the failure situation of tire sidewall scratching,a test method for measuring and evaluating the scratch resistance performance of protective tire sidewalls was proposed.Through methods such as test principle analysis,simulation and verification using specially designed test equipment,the following results were obtained.The cutting speed of the specially designed test equipment was not less than 10 mm·s-1,with a cutting depth of 4.5 mm and a blade angle of 30°.This could provide a reference for the performance verification and condition identification of protective tires. |
