| A comprehensive strategy system for reducing costs in rubber mixing workshops of tire production was proposed，covering four dimensions：process technology optimization，equipment energy-saving transformation，precise control of raw materials and production management innovation.The implementation paths and calculation models of each strategy were elaborated and quantified in detail.The practical results showed that this comprehensive strategy could significantly reduce the unit rubber production cost of enterprises，enhance market competitiveness，and provide a replicable theoretical framework and practical model for lean cost management in the tire industry. |
