| 研究3×0.225UT OC特高强度钢丝帘线在半钢子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明:与2×0.30ST超高强度钢丝帘线相比，3×0.225UT OC钢丝帘线直径和线密度小，以其替代2×0.30ST钢丝帘线用于半钢子午线轮胎带束层，成品轮胎的强度、耐久性能满足开发要求，高速性、径向刚性均有提升。以及实车试验的制动性能、操控准确、流畅性均提升，同时可减小钢丝帘线及胶料用量，节约成本。研究3×0.225UT OC钢丝帘线在半钢子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明：与2×0.30ST钢丝帘线相比，3×0.225UT OC钢丝帘线的直径和线密度小，以其替代2×0.30ST钢丝帘线用于半钢子午线轮胎带束层，成品轮胎的强度、耐久性能满足开发要求，高速性能、径向刚度、制动性能、操控响应流畅性提升，同时可减小钢丝帘线及胶料用量，节约成本。 |

| The application of 3×0.225UT OC steel cord in the belt of steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results showed that compared with 2×0.30ST steel cord，3×0.225UT OC steel cord had a smaller diameter and linear density.Replacing 2×0.30ST steel cord with 3×0.225UT OC steel cord in the belt of steel-belted radial tire，the strength and durability of the finished tires met the development requirements，while the high-speed performance，radial stiffness，braking performance，and handling respone fluency were improved.Additionally，the dosage of steel cord and compound could be reduced，leading to cost saving. |
