      以380/85R28 R-1W农业子午线轮胎为研究对象,介绍农业子午线轮胎的三维有限元建模方法,并通过试验对模型仿真精度进行验证。采用CAD软件进行材料分布设计、Hypermesh软件进行高质量网格划分,利用Abaqus软件建立轮胎三维有限元模型,充气工况试验验证了该模型具备较高的仿真精度。在此基础上,采用光面轮胎模型与花纹块模型组合的方式建立带花纹轮胎三维有限元模型,为轮胎接地印痕、静负荷等仿真计算提供了基础。
英文摘要:
      Taking the 380/85R28 R-1W agriculture radial tire as the research object,the three-dimensional finite element modeling method of agriculture radial tires was introduced,and the accaracy of the model was verified by test.Using CAD software for material distribution design,Hypermesh software for high-quality mesh generation,the three-dimensional finite element model of agriculture radial tires was established by Abaqus software,and the simulation accuracy of the model was verified by inflation condition test.On this basis,the three-dimensional finite element model of patterned tires was established by combining a smooth tire model with a pattern block model,providing a foundation for simulation calculations such as tire ground contact patterns and static loads.
