| 研究稻壳灰白炭黑在全钢巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:稻壳灰白炭黑的理化性能满足企业标准要求;在胎面胶中以稻壳灰白炭黑等量替代普通白炭黑,胶料的Fmax减小,硫化速度减缓,填料分散性改善,压缩生热降低;成品轮胎的胎面内部温度降低。 |

| The application of rice hull ash silica in tread compound of all-steel giant off-the-road radial tire was studied.The results showed that the physical and chemical properties of rice hull ash silica met the requirements of the enterprise standards.Replacing ordinary silica with rice hull ash silica in the tread compound, the Fmax of the compound was decreased,the vulcanization rate slowed down,the dispersion of fillers improved,and the compression heat build-up reduced.The temperature inside the tread of the finished tire decreased. |
