      利用有限元仿真和成品性能试验研究胎脚曲线设计(正弧和反弧设计)对无内胎载重子午线轮胎性能的影响。仿真结果表明:胎脚曲线设计对轮胎的接地印痕和肩部应变能密度影响较小;正弧设计轮胎的胎圈最大应变能密度点在胎体帘布端点位置,反弧设计轮胎的胎圈最大应变能密度点在胎脚与轮辋接触的胶料上,该位置胶料硬度较大,不易损坏;与正弧设计轮胎相比,反弧设计轮胎的胎圈最大能变能密度更小,胎圈性能更好。成品性能试验结果表明,反弧设计轮胎的耐久性能和平衡性能更好,轮胎在行驶过程中的舒适性和行驶安全性更优。
英文摘要:
      The influence of tire foot curve design(positive and negative arc designs) on performance of tubeless truck and bus radial tire was investigated by using finite element simulation and finished product performance testing.The simulation results showed that the tire foot curve design had a little influence on the tire"s footprint and shoulder strain energy density.For the positive arc design tire,the maximum strain energy density point in the bead was located at the end of the carcass ply,whereas for the negative arc design tire,it was situated at the rubber material where the tire foot contacted the rim.This position featured higher hardness compound,making it less prone to damage.Compared to the positive arc design tire,the negative arc design tire exhibited lower maximum strain energy density in the bead and superior bead performance.The finished product performance test results showed that the negative arc design tire demonstrated better durability and balance performance,resulting in enhanced ride comfort and driving safety during operation.
