| 工程机械轮胎在胎坯成型过程中采用人工检测技术存在检验的稳定性、精度与速度难以满足要求的问题。因此研究轮廓扫描技术在工程机械轮胎胎面缠绕成型过程中的应用。现场实测数据表明:在周长测量方面,轮廓扫描与手动测量的最大差值为16.5 mm;在厚度测量方面,轮廓扫描与手动测量的最大差值为0.7 mm;轮廓扫描技术将单个工程机械轮胎检测时间由15 min缩短至40 s,效率提升22.5倍。 |

| The problem of manual inspection methods used during the green tire building process of off-the-road tires was that the stability,accuracy and speed of inspection could hardly met production requirements.Therefore,The application of profile scanning technology during the tread winding building process of off-the-road tires was studied.Field measurement data showed that,in terms of circumference measurement,the maximum difference value between profile scanning and manual measurement was 16.5 mm.In terms of thickness measurement,the maximum difference value between profile scanning and manual measurement was 0.7 mm.The profile scanning technology reduced the inspection time per off-the-road tire from 15 min to 40 s,achieving a 22.5 times increasement in efficiency. |
