| 利用圆盘式离心沉降粒度仪测试9种炉法炭黑和3种裂解炭黑的粒径分布,并进行比较。结果表明:炉法炭黑的粒径分布规则,其中软质炭黑主要集中在粒径较小的分布范围内,硬质炭黑主要集中在粒径较大的分布范围内;裂解炭黑的粒径分布则更为广泛,涵盖了较小到较大的粒径范围;粒径分布的差异对炉法炭黑和裂解炭黑在胶料加工和产品性能方面具有重要影响。 |

| The particle size distributions of nine grades of furnace carbon black and three types of pyrolytic carbon black were measured and compared by using a disc centrifugal sedimentation particle size analyzer.The results showed that the particle size distribution of furnace carbon black was relatively regular,soft carbon blacks were mainly concentrated within the smaller particle size range,whereas hard carbon blacks were mainly concentrated within the larger particle size range.In contrast,pyrolytic carbon black exhibited a much broader particle size distribution,covering both small and large particle size ranges.Differences in particle size distribution had significant effects on the processing behavior of rubber compounds and the performance of final products containing furnace carbon black and pyrolytic carbon black. |
