| 介绍405/20R28半钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 872 mm,断面宽度 415 mm,行驶面宽度 356 mm,行驶面弧度高 9.7 mm,胎圈着合直径 711.6 mm,胎圈着合宽度 388 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.992 7,胎面采用4条纵向花纹主沟设计,花纹深度 8.2 mm,花纹饱和度 74.05%,花纹周节数 32。施工设计:采用三复合挤出胎面,带束层采用2层3×0.28ST钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1670dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘线,采用二次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速性能和耐久性能达到设计和企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 405/20R28 steel-belted radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 872 mm,cross sectional width 415 mm,width of running surface 356 mm,arc height of running surface 9.7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 711.6 mm,bead width at rim seat 388 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0.992 7,using a main groove design with 4 longitudinal pattern,pattern depth 8.2 mm,block/total ratio 74.05%,number of pattern pitches 32.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adopting three composite extruded tread design,using 2 layers of 3×0.28ST steel cord for belt and 2 layers of 1670dtex/2 polyester dipped cord for carcass,using a two-stage building machine to build tires and a hot plate press to cure tires.The results of the finished tire performance test showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the design and enterprise standard requirements. |
