从轮胎配方的生胶体系、补强填充体系、增塑体系和防老剂等方面介绍生物基材料在轮胎中的研究与应用进展,概述国内外轮胎企业在可持续环保轮胎方面的研究进展。国内外轮胎企业进行了蒲公英橡胶、银胶菊橡胶和杜仲胶等替代天然橡胶的应用研究,目前已经研制出相关植物橡胶成品轮胎,我国蒲公英橡胶研究走在世界前列;当前生物基合成橡胶技术研究活跃,生物基顺丁橡胶、生物基异戊橡胶和生物基衣康酸酯橡胶在轮胎中的应用研究倍受关注;稻壳灰白炭黑已经商品化,在轮胎中的应用日益广泛,硅藻土和海洋硅藻体的应用研究则刚兴起;棕榈油、大豆油、米糠油等植物油增塑剂的研究应用取得进展,生物基松香和生物基液体异戊二烯橡胶不但具有增塑作用,还可以提高胶料性能,延长轮胎使用寿命;生物基防老剂的研究应用已经起步,环保锌和生物基钴盐等已经应用于轮胎中。国内外头部轮胎企业纷纷推出可持续环保轮胎,使用100%可持续性材料生产轮胎的目标也被提出。轮胎行业的可持续发展是大势所趋,生物基材料在轮胎中的应用是一个系统工程,需要轮胎企业及上下游企业通力合作以及产学研用紧密结合,才能实现可持续绿色发展。 |

The research and application progress of bio-based materials for tires from the aspects of raw rubber system,reinforcement filling system,plasticizing system,antioxidant of tire formula and so on was introduced,and the research progress of domestic and foreign tire enterprises in sustainable and environmentally friendly tires was summarized.Domestic and foreign tire companies had conducted research on the application of taraxacum rubber,guayule rubber and Gutta-percha to replace natural rubber.Currently,related plant-based rubber tire products had been developed,and China’s taraxacum rubber research was at the forefront of the world.Currently,researches on bio-based synthetic rubber technology were active,and the research on the application of bio-based butadiene rubber,bio-based isoprene rubber and bio-based itaconic acid ester rubber in tires had attracted much attention.Rice husk gray silica had been commercialized and its application in tires was becoming increasingly widespread,while research on the application of diatomaceous earth and marine diatoms just emerging.Progress had been made in the research and application of vegetable oil plasticizers such as palm oil,soybean oil and rice bran oil.Bio-based rosin and bio-based liquid isoprene rubber not only had plasticizing effect,but could also improve properties of compound and extend service lives of tires.The research and application of bio-based antioxidant had already begun,and environment-friendly zinc and bio-based cobalt salts had been applied in tires.Domestic and foreign leading tire enterprises had successively launched sustainable and environment-friendly tires,and the goal of using 100% sustainable materials to produce tires had also been proposed.The sustainable development of the tire industry was the trend,and the application of bio-based materials in tires was a systematic project that required the cooperation of tire enterprises and upstream and downstream enterprises,as well as close integration of industry,academia,research and application,in order to achieve sustainable and green development. |
