| 以控制变量法对压延生产的钢丝帘布进行粘性测试,探究存放环境、聚乙烯垫布、挤出温度、冷却温度对钢丝帘布粘性的影响,并提出改善措施。结果表明:相对高温度和低湿度环境、新聚乙烯垫布、高挤出温度以及高卷取温度有利于保持钢丝帘布的粘附力。 |

| The adhesion of steel cord fabric produced by calendering was tested by control variable method,the effects of storage environment,polyethylene padding,extrusion temperature and cooling temperature on the adhesion of steel cord fabrics were investigated,and the improvement measures were introduced.The results showed that,relatively high temperature and low humidity environment,new polyethylene padding,high extrusion temperature and high winding temperature were beneficial for maintaining the adhesion of the steel cord fabric. |
