      采用天然橡胶(NR)中非胶组分对炭黑改性不同时间(0.1,5,20和60 min),考察NR中非胶组分对炭黑表面能的影响,并制备炭黑/NR复合材料,考察非胶组分对炭黑补强性能的影响。结果表明:改性0.1 min,炭黑表面能的色散组分显著下降;非胶组分能够延缓炭黑/NR硫化胶的老化速率,改善硫化胶的动态力学性能,降低生热,但导致耐磨性能下降。
英文摘要:
      Non-rubber components from natural rubber(NR) were used to modify carbon black for different durations(0.1,5,20 and 60 min).The influence of the non-rubber components on the surface energy of carbon black was investigated,and carbon black/NR composites were simultaneously prepared to examine the effect of the non-rubber components on the reinforcing performance of carbon black.The results showed that even after 0.1 min modification,the dispersive component of the carbon black’s surface energy decreased significantly.The non-rubber components were able to delay the aging rate of the carbon black/NR vulcanizate,improved the dynamic mechanical property and reduced heat build-up,but made the wear resistance to descend.
