      新能源电动汽车的输出扭矩及车重相比燃油车更高,车辆提速快,续航里程要求高,需要轮胎具备更加优异的抓地、磨耗和滚阻性能。低滚阻改善剂RP900是一种新型有机改性聚合物,使用3份RP900替代促进剂D,并调整硫化速度,胶料交联程度增加,生热下降18.1%,在新能源电动汽车实车测试中,轮胎滚阻性能提升5.1%,磨耗性能提升6%。
英文摘要:
      The application of low rolling resistance improver RP900 in the tread compound of new energy vehicle tire was studied.The results showed that when using 3 phr low rolling resistance improver RP900 and 0.8 phr activator PEG4000 instead of 1.6 phr accelerator DPG in the tread compound,the vulcanization rate,crosslinking degree and physical properties of the compound did not change significantly,the heat build-up was greatly reduced,the rolling resistance of the finished tire decreased,and the wear resistance was increased.
