| 介绍多种增强材料在半钢子午线轮胎中的设计和运用。试验结果表明,增加胎侧增强材料的运用,轮胎的生产制造工艺过程稳定,轮胎外观良好。对增强材料在轮胎胎侧中的位置使用形成标准化,对未来轮胎轻量化起到至关重要的作用,同时在应用过程中可根据实际情况优化调整,以满足对不同性能轮胎的开发需求。 |

| This article introduced the design and application of various reinforcement materials in steel-belted radial tires.The test results showed that increasing the use of reinforcement materials in tire sidewalls stabilized the tire manufacturing process and enhanced the tire appearance.Standardizing the placement of reinforcement materials in tire sidewalls played a crucial role in future tire lightweighting.At the same time,it could optimize and adjust according to actual conditions during application to meet the development needs of different performances tires. |
