| 研究白炭黑分散剂、抗湿滑树脂的添加工艺对白炭黑填充胶料的性能影响。结果表明,将白炭黑分散剂和抗湿滑树脂在白炭黑和硅烷偶联剂混合后、恒温反应前添加,制备的胶料的综合性能较好,加工性能最好,Payne效应较弱,填料分散明显改善,同时填料与橡胶之间的相互作用增强,0 ℃时的损耗因子(tanδ)最大且60 ℃时的tanδ?最小。 |

| The effect of the addition processes of silica dispersant and wet grip resin on the properties of silica-filled rubber compounds was investigated.The results showed that when the silica dispersant and wet grip resin were added after mixing silica with the silane coupling agent and before the constant temperature reaction,the prepared rubber compounds exhibited better overall performance,optimal processability,weaker Payne effect,significantly improved filler dispersion,and enhanced interaction between filler and rubber. Meanwhile,it had the maximum loss factor (tanδ) at 0 ℃ and the minimum tanδ at 60 ℃. |
