      利用半消声室轮胎噪声测试平台,分析试验负荷、速度、充气压力、预热时间和麦克风高度对轿车子午线轮胎室内噪声测试结果的影响。研究结果表明:随着试验负荷增大,轮胎噪声增大,且增大趋势较小;随着速度增大,轮胎噪声增大,增大趋势较大;随着充气压力增大,轮胎噪声变化不明显;预热40 min后轮胎噪声声压级基本趋于稳定;随着麦克风高度增大,声程增大,噪声减小。
英文摘要:
      Using a semi-anechoic chamber tire noise testing platform,the effects of test load,speed,inflation pressure,preheating time,and microphone height on the indoor noise test results of passenger car radial tires were analyzed.The study showed that as the test load increased,tire noise increased,and the increasing trend was relatively small.As the speed increased,the tire noise increased,and the increasing trend was significant.As the inflation pressure increased,the tire noise did not change significantly.After preheating for 40 minutes,the sound pressure level of tire noise tended to stabilize.As the microphone height increased,the sound path increased and the noise decreased.
