| 研究3+8×0.21ST钢丝帘线在全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:相对3×0.24/9× 0.225CCST钢丝帘线,3+8×0.21ST钢丝帘线的结构简单,帘线直径、线密度和钢度小,渗胶性能好,压延帘布厚度小,不仅解决了生产中潜在的胎圈漏线质量问题,而且使单胎质量减小,成本降低,舒适性提高。成品轮胎试验结果表明,胎体采用3+8×0.21ST钢丝帘线的轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能均符合国家标准要求,胎体安全倍数达到设计要求。 |

| The application of 3+8×0.21ST steel cord in the carcass of all-steel light truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord,3+8×0.21ST steel cord had a simpler structure,smaller cord diameter,wire density,and stiffness,better rubber permeability,and smaller thickness of callendered cord fabric,which not only solved the potential quality problem of exposed cord in bead in production,but also reduced the weight of single tire,lowered cost,and improved the comfort. The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,high-speed performance,and durability of the tire with 3+8×0.21ST carcass steel cord met the national standard requirements,and the safety multiple of the carcass met the design equirement. |
