| 研究缆型钢丝圈在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈中的应用。结果表明,将钢丝排列方式为1×6.00+(11+17+23)×2.00的缆型钢丝圈替代钢丝排列方式为9-10-11-12-11-10-9-8的六角形钢丝圈,在钢丝强度下降的情况下应用于13R22.5-20PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的胎圈中,成品轮胎耐久性能大幅提升,轮胎质量减小,但成本提高。 |

| The application of cable type steel wire ring in the bead of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that replacing the hexagonal steel wire ring with a steel wire arrangement of 9-10-11-12-11-11-10-9-8 with a cable shaped steel wire ring arranged as 1×6.00+(11+17+23)×2.00,as the steel wire strength decreased,it was applied to the bead of 13R22.5-20PR all-steel truck and bus radial tire.The durability of the finished tire was significantly improved,the tire weight was reduced,and the cost increased. |
