| 分析半钢子午线轮胎白胎侧底部脱层的原因,并制定相对应的解决措施。通过采取合理设定成型工艺条件、防止半成品部件污染、合理设计胎侧厚度、严格控制炼胶排胶温度和半成品部件挤出温度以及保证硫化排气畅通等措施,解决了半钢子午线轮胎白胎侧底部脱层问题,提升了轮胎产品品质和生产效率,降低了生产成本和材料损耗。 |

| The causes of delamination at the bottom of the white sidewall of steel-belted radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were developed.By adopting reasonable molding process conditions,preventing contamination of semi-finished components,designing tire sidewall thickness reasonably,strictly controlling the charging temperature of mixing compound and semi-finished components extrusion temperature,and ensuring smooth vulcanization exhaust,the problem of delamination at the bottom of the white sidewall of steel-belted radial tire had been solved,improving tire product quality and production efficiency,and reducing production costs and material losses. |
