      从原材料、结构设计和外部因素三方面介绍延长航空轮胎使用寿命的措施。橡胶优先选择进口天然橡胶,炭黑品种和用量适宜,优化助剂性能,从而提高胶料性能;适当减小断面宽,增大胎面曲率半径,并将胎面外轮廓曲线设计为不连续态,优化钢丝圈设计;飞机着陆时选择间接性制动的原则,严格控制机身负荷,优化充气压力指标,这些方法和措施可以有效延长航空轮胎的使用寿命。
英文摘要:
      The measures to extend the service life of aviation tire from three aspects:raw materials,structure design and external factors were introduced.Priority should be given to selecting imported natural rubber for rubber,with appropriate varieties and amounts of carbon black and optimizing the performance of additives to improve the properties of the compound.The cross-sectional width appropriately decreased,the curvature radius of the tread increased,the outer contour curve of the tread as a discontinuous state was designed,and the design of the steel wire ring was optimized.Those the principle of indirect braking was chosened during the aircraft landing,the aircraft load was strictly controlled,and the inflation pressure indicators were optimized.These measures could effectively extend the service life of aviation tire.
