中文摘要:
      研究再生聚酯帘线在半钢子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:与原生聚酯帘线相比,再生聚酯帘线在高温条件下尺寸稳定性下降,疲劳试验后强力保持率略好,压延帘布过硫化、老化及带状疲劳后的粘合性能衰减程度略大;再生聚酯帘线应用于轻型载重轮胎和不同速度级别轿车轮胎中,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速性能和耐久性能均符合相应标准要求,但从安全性能考虑,高速度级别轮胎应用再生聚酯帘线做胎体有一定的风险。
英文摘要:
      The application of regenerated polyester fibers in semi-steel radial tire carcasses was studied, and compared with the original polyester material. The two materials were applied separately to passenger car tires and light truck tires for feasibility verification. The results show that the regenerated polyester fiber carcass can basically meet the test requirements for tire performance, providing support for the development of sustainable tires.The application of recycled polyester cord in the carcass of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the original polyester cord,the dimensional stability of recycled polyester cord decreased under high temperature conditions,and the strength retention rate was slightly better after fatigue testing.The degree of adhesive performance degradation of callendered cord fabric after over- vulcanization,aging,and strip fatigue was slightly greater.The recycled polyester cord was used in light truck and bus tire and car tires of different speed levels,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,high-speed performance,and durability of the tires all met the requirements of relative standards.However,from the perspective of safety performance,there were certain risks in using recycled polyester cord as the carcass for high-speed tire.
