| 介绍285/40ZR23 111Y超高性能轮胎设计。结构设计:外直径 808 mm,断面宽 295 mm,行驶面宽度 250 mm,行驶面弧度高 11.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 587.7 mm,胎圈着合宽度 268 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.93。施工设计:胎面采用四复合结构,0°冠带层采用锦纶帘线,带束层采用2层2+2×0.25HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2尺寸稳定型聚酯帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ1.5 mm高强度胎圈钢丝,采用一次法成型机成型、AB型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能、高速性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 285/40ZR23 111Y ultra-high performance tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 808 mm,cross-section width 295 mm,width of running surface 250 mm,arc height of running surface 11.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 587.7 mm,bead width at rim seat 268 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.93.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:a four-composite structure for the tread,nylon cord for 0° crown ply,2 layers of 2+2×0.25HT steel cord for belt,2 layers of 1100dtex/2 DSP polyester cord for carcass,Φ1.5 mm high-strength bead wire for the bead ring,using one-stage building machine to build tires and AB-bladder vulcanizing press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,bead unseating resistance,durability and high speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standards. |
