| 介绍一种高兼容性胎面预口型设计。通过将预口型的分配方式由强制式改为半强制式,并在预口型内设提前复合的通道,使胎冠胶与基部胶复合层间气泡减少,胎面底部平整度提高。该预口型可生产不同宽度的胎面,兼容性高,其生产的成品轮胎的耐久性能符合标准要求,产品合格率和生产效率提高。 |

| The design of a tread pre-die with high compatibility was introduced.By changing the distribution method of the pre-die from a forced type to a semi-forced type,and incorporating pre-compounding channels within the pre-die,the air bubbles of the composite layer between the tread compound and base compound were reduced,and the bottom flatness of the tread was improved.The pre-die could produce treads with different widths,exhibiting high compatibility.The durability performance of the finished tire produced with this die met the standard requirements,and the product qualification rate and production efficiency were improved. |
