| 以215/60R17轮胎为例,通过模具参数调整进行仿真分析,优选方案后进行模具加工及轮胎试制和测试。结果表明:调整行驶面弧半径、断面水平轴位置,轮胎的滚动阻力变化小,调整花纹沟深度,轮胎的滚动阻力变化大;外直径、断面宽直接影响轮胎的充气外直径和充气断面宽;轮胎的充气断面宽、滚动阻力系数及接地印痕长轴长度和短轴长度仿真精度较高。 |

| Taking 215/60R17 tire as an example,simulation analysis was conducted by adjusting the mold parameters.After selecting the optimal solution,mold processing,tire trial production,and testing were carried out.The results showed that adjusting the radius of the driving surface arc and the maximum width position of cross-section resulted in a small change in the rolling resistance of the tire,while adjusting the depth of the pattern groove resulted in a large change in the rolling resistance of the tire.The overall diameter and cross-section width directly affected the inflated overall diameter and inflated cross-section width of the tire.The simulation accuracy of the inflated cross-section width,rolling resistance coefficient,and long and short axis length of the contact print of the tire was relatively high. |
