      研究轮胎滚动阻力试验机的不确定度评定与监控方法。基于轮胎滚动阻力试验原理,结合ISO 28580标准中滚动阻力的计算公式,在确保测试数据重复性满足标准要求的前提下,对滚动阻力试验机PC工位和TB工位的滚动阻力系数进行了不确定度评定,PC工位的不确定度为0.037 N·kN-1,TB工位的不确定度为0.029 N·kN-1,并提出利用监控胎对测试数据重复性及重现性进行监控的方法。
英文摘要:
      The uncertainty evaluation and monitoring method of tire rolling resistance testing machine were studied.Based on the principle of tire rolling resistance test,combined with the calculation formula of ISO 28580 standard rolling resistance,and on the premise of ensuring the repeatability of test data meeting the requirements of the standard,the uncertainties of rolling resistance coefficients of PC station and TB station of the testing machine were evaluated.The uncertainty of PC station was 0.037 N·kN-1.The uncertainty of TB station was 0.029 N·kN-1,and the method of monitoring the repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement data of the testing machine by using monitoring tire was proposed.
