      以12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎为研究对象,采用Abaqus/Standard软件建立了基于多层次组合模型技术的轮胎模型,并以胎圈部位胶料的材料参数C10为设计变量,额定工况下胎圈部位危险位置的正应力和正应变为目标函数进行设计灵敏度分析。结果表明,同时增大胎圈胶、耐磨胶、上三角胶和下三角胶的C10可以有效改善胎圈性能。
英文摘要:
      Taking 12.00R20 truck and bus radial tire as the research object,a tire model based on multi-level combination modeling technique was established using Abaqus/Standard software.The material parameter C10 of compounds of tire bead was used as the design variable,and the normal stress and strain at the dangerous position of the bead under rated working conditions were used as the objective function for design sensitivity analysis.The results indicated that increasing C10 of the bead compound,wear-resistant compound,upper and lower apex compound simultaneously,could effectively improve the bead performance.
