| 研究3＋9＋15×0.225ST和7×7×0.22＋0.15HT钢丝帘线在宽体自卸车轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明：与7×7×0.22＋0.15HT钢丝帘线相比，3＋9＋15×0.225ST钢丝帘线的直径、线密度和破断力较小，渗胶性能好，弯曲刚度小；将3＋9＋15×0.225ST钢丝帘线用于宽体自卸车轮胎，充气压力较小时，轮胎的使用寿命更长，翻新性能更优，充气压力较大时，易出现钢丝帘线与橡胶脱空现象，进而导致爆胎；在软质矿区作业时，轮胎的乘坐舒适性好，在硬质矿区作业时，轮胎的早期损坏比例较高，使用寿命较短。 |

| The application of 3＋9＋15×0.225ST and 7×7×0.22＋0.15HT steel cord in the carcass of wide body dump truck was studied.The results showed that compared with 7×7×0.22＋0.15HT steel cord，3＋9＋15×0.225ST steel cord had smaller diameter，line density，and breaking force，better rubber penetration，and lower bending stiffness.Using 3＋9＋15×0.225ST steel cord for wide body dump truck tires，when the inflation pressure was low，the tire had a longer service life and better retreading performance.However，when the inflation pressure was high，there was a risk of delamination between steel cord and rubber compound，which could lead to tire blowouts.When working in soft mining areas，tires had good ride comfort，while when working in hard mining areas，the early damage rate of tires was higher and the service life was shorter. |
