| 研究胎体帘布覆胶质量对全钢载重子午线轮胎耐久性能的影响，并提出相应的改善措施。结果表明，通过在胶料配方中添加超级增粘树脂，采取适当的帘布压延厚度，优化成型鼓平面宽提高胎体帘布的覆胶质量和覆胶均匀性，可有效提升成品轮胎的耐久性能，延长轮胎的使用寿命。 |

| The influence of tire carcass ply coating compound quality on the durability of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied，and corresponding improvement solutions was proposed.The results showed that by adding super thickening resin to the compound formula，adopting appropriate ply calendering thickness and optimizing the flat width of forming drum to increase the quality and uniformity of the carcass ply coating，the durability of the finished tire could be effectively improved and the service life of the tire could be extended. |
