中文摘要:
      研究加工助剂PP在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中加入2份加工助剂PP,在对胶料的物理性能基本无影响的情况下,可以有效降低胶料的门尼粘度以及胎面挤出温度;对于多段混炼,使用加工助剂PP可以实现胶料混炼的减段提效,降低生产成本,但炭黑分散等级有所降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of processing aid PP in the tread compound of steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results showed that adding 2 phr processing aid PP to the tread compound could effectively reduce the Mooney viscosity of the compound and the extrusion temperature of the tread without significantly affecting its physical properties.For multi-stage mixing,the use of processing aid PP could realize reducing mixing stageand improving efficiency,and reducing production cost,but the dispersion grade of carbon black was slightly reduced.
