研究巨型工程机械子午线轮胎三相合金镀层钢丝帘线与新开发钢丝覆胶的粘合性能。结果表明,与黄铜镀层钢丝帘线与现行覆胶的粘合性能相比,三相合金镀层钢丝帘线与新开发钢丝覆胶的粘合性能总体较好,在湿热老化条件下具有很大优势,粘合力和覆胶率呈现相同优势。新开发钢丝覆胶钴盐含量的降低提高了胶料的耐老化性能,为延长轮胎使用寿命、减少胎肩和胎圈脱层、提高轮胎翻新性能提供了可能性。 |

The adhesion performance between three-phase alloy coated steel cord and newly developed steel wire coating compound for giant off-the-road radial tire was researched.The results showed that compared with the adhesion performance between brass coated steel cord and current coating compound,the adhesion performance between three-phase alloy coated steel cord and newly developed steel wire coating compound was generally better,and it had significant advantages under wet and hot aging conditions,with the same advantages in adhesion force and coating compound rate.The reduction of cobalt salt content in steel wire coating compound improved the aging resistance of the compound,providing possibilities for extending tire service life,reducing shoulder and bead delamination,and improving tire retreadability. |
