对比研究0.22+6+11×0.205ST与3×0.24+9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线的结构特点和性能以及在12R22.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。成品性能试验结果表明,与采用3×0.24+9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线轮胎相比,在帘布强度相近的情况下,采用0.22+6+11×0.205ST钢丝帘线的轮胎性能符合国家标准要求,胎圈耐久性能大幅提升,同时轮胎质量减小,生产成本降低。 |

The structure characteristics and properties of 0.22+6+11×0.205ST and 3×0.24+9× 0.225CCST steel cord,as well as their application in the carcass of 12R22.5 18PR all-steel truck and bus radial tires were comparatively studied.The results of the finished tires performance test showed that compared with tires using 3×0.24+9×0.225CCST steel cord,when the strength of the cord was similar,the performance of tires using 0.22+6+11×0.205ST steel cord met the requirements of national standards,and the durability of the bead was greatly improved.At the same time,the tire weight was reduced and the production cost was lowered. |
