分析半钢子午线轮动平衡不良产生的原因并提出相应的解决措施。通过5M1E[人(Man)、机(Machine)、料(Material)、法(Method)、测(Measurement)、环(Envirement)]分析法对生产过程进行分析,对人、机、料、法、环生产过程因素进行重点监测,能够直观发现生产过程中引起轮胎动平衡不良的环节,进而采取相应的解决措施来提高轮胎的外观质量和动平衡性能。 |

The causes of poor dynamic balance of steel-belted radial tire were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By using the 5M1E(Man,Machine,Material,Method,Measurement,Environment) analysis method to analyze the production process,focusing on monitoring the factors of man,machine,material,method,and environment in the production process,it was possible to intuitively discover the links that caused poor tire dynamic balance in the production process,so using the corresponding solutions to improve the appearance quality and dynamic balance performance of tire. |
