      对比研究4种脂肪酸锌盐类加工助剂(Aktiplast T,Aktiplast GT,Aktiplast ST和DST-100F)在白炭黑胎面胶中的应用性能。结果表明:加工助剂Aktiplast ST和DST-100F的灰分含量较大,但氧化锌含量较小;4种加工助剂胶料的物理性能和动态力学性能基本相当,但使用加工助剂Aktiplast GT的胶料的门尼粘度最小,Payne效应最弱,具有较好的加工性能。
英文摘要:
      The application performance of four fatty acid zinc salt processing aids(Aktiplast T,Aktiplast GT,Aktiplast ST and DST-100F) in the silica filled tread compound was studied contrastively.The results showed that the ash content of processing aids Aktiplast ST and DST-100F was higher,but the zinc oxide content was lower.The physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the compounds with the four processing aids were basically equivalent,but the compound using the processing aid Aktiplast GT had the lowest Mooney viscosity and the weakest Payne effect,indicating good processability.
