      以7.00R16LT轮胎为例,研究低碳发展趋势下的轮胎设计要求。通过对轮胎内外轮廓进行有限元迭代优化,并配以单丝直径小的骨架材料,新设计轮胎的质量较小,滚动阻力较低,满足设计要求,且安全性能达到国家标准要求,符合当前轮胎的低碳发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      Taking 7.00R16LT tire as an example,the tire design requirements under the trend of low-carbon development was studied.By performing finite element iterative optimization on the inner and outer profile of tire,and using matrix materials with small single wire diameters,the newly designed tire had a smaller mass and lower rolling resistance,meeting the design requirements,and its safety performance met the requirements of national standards,which was in line with the current low-carbon development trend of tire.
