      研究国产对叔丁基苯酚乙炔树脂DR-7001(简称DR-7001树脂)在商用车轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用,并与Koresin树脂进行对比。结果表明:DR-7001树脂与Koresin树脂的理化特性、相对分子质量分布相当,红外谱图高度相似,二者属于同一类物质;与添加Koresin树脂的胶料相比,添加DR-7001树脂的胶料的加工性能、硫化特性和物理性能基本相当,初始粘性和老化后粘性更好,硫化胶的生热更低。
英文摘要:
      The application of domestic p-tert-butylphenol acetylene resin(refferred to as DR-7001 resin) in commercial vehicle tire shoulder pad compound was studied,and was compared with application with Koresin resin.The results showed that the physicochemical properties and relative molecular weight distribution of DR-7001 resin and Koresin resin were comparable,and their infrared spectra were highly similar,indicating that they belonged to the same class of substances.Compared with the compound adding Koresin resin,the processing performance,vulcanization characteristics,and physical properties of compound adding DR-7001 resin were basically equivalent,the initial viscosity after aging were better,and the heat build-up was lower.
