研究多功能交联剂WY988对轿车子午线轮胎胎圈耐磨胶性能的影响。结果表明:在胎圈耐磨胶中以0.5份多功能交联剂WY988替代0.2份硫黄和0.3份促进剂CBS,胶料的硫化速率、300%定伸应力和回弹值增大,压缩生热降低,耐磨性能提高;60 ℃时的损耗因子减小,储能模量增大。 |

The effect of multi-functional crosslinking agent WY988 on the properties of wear-resistant compound of bead for passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that replacing 0.2 phr of sulfur and 0.3 phr of accelerator CBS with 0.5 phr of multi-functional crosslinking agent WY988 in the wear-resistant compound of bead,the vulcanization rate,modulus at 300% and rebound value of the compound increased,the compression heat build-up reduced and wear resistance improved.The loss factor decreased and the storage modulus increased at 60 ℃. |
