| Finite element simulation of tires was used to predict and evaluate tire performance under different working conditions.By establishing detailed tire models,the stress distribution of tires under different road surfaces and loads was accurately simulated,thus optimizing the tire structure and enhancing strength and durability.Meanwhile,tire finite element simulation could assess the dynamic deformation of tires,reveal the force-bearing conditions of tires during cornering,braking,and acceleration,also simulate the contact behavior between tires and the ground,and evaluate the grip performance and braking performance of tires,providing guidance for tire design optimization. |
