| 研究改性木质素在天然橡胶(NR)胶料中的应用。结果表明:用改性木质素ML-R替代间苯二酚R-80,当其用量为间苯二酚R-80的1.5倍时,NR胶料的焦烧时间较长,加工安全性较好,拉伸性能和粘合性能相当,生热略高;用改性木质素ML-R替代粘合树脂,当其用量为粘合树脂用量的1.5倍时,NR胶料的焦烧时间较长,加工安全性较好,拉伸性能相当,粘合性能和耐老化性能较好,生热较低。 |

| The application of modified lignin in NR compound was studied. The results showed that using modified lignin ML-R instead of resorcinol R-80,when the dosage of modified lignin ML-R was 1.5 times of resorcinol R-80,the scorch time of the NR compound was longer,the processing safety was better,the tensile property and the heat build-up was slightly higher.Using modified lignin ML-R instead of adhesive resin,when its dosage was 1.5 times that of adhesive resin,the scorch time of the NR compound was longer,the processing safety was better,the tensile performance was comparable,the adhesive performance and aging resistance were better,and the heat build-up was lower. |
